Orders & Shipping

Availability is listed on each product page. After your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking within 24–48 hours. You can also check status anytime on Track My Order.

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout after you add items to your cart.

Visit Track My Order. If a tracking number is listed, use it to follow delivery with the carrier.

First check Track My Order and the carrier’s tracking. If the shipment shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, contact customer service and we’ll help investigate.

If an item or part is missing, review your tracking details to confirm all packages were delivered. If anything is still missing after delivery, please contact customer service for assistance.

Backordered items ship as soon as our suppliers replenish stock. We’ll keep your order open and notify you once it ships.

Returns & Warranty

Most products include a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. Warranty terms vary by product, and a restocking fee may apply to larger or higher‑priced items. See Returns & Repairs for full details.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted online. International customers may pay by bank wire transfer.

Orders shipped to Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

Refunds usually post within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

VariZoom.com accepts orders from the United States only. For international purchases, call 512‑219‑7722 or buy from an authorized dealer.
