If your product is defective out of the box and purchased directly from VariZoom, you are eligible for immediate replacement. If purchased from a dealer, follow the dealer’s return policy. If the unit is beyond the dealer’s exchange period, submit a warranty service request below and include your receipt.
VariZoom’s warranty covers shipping one way (from the factory back to you). Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the factory.

If your product is outside its warranty period, we can often repair it for less than the cost of a new unit. Products modified in any way are not eligible for VariZoom repair.
